If your name is something like "Samantha" and people call you "Sam", that kind of nickname is acceptable, but something like "Sparkle Queen" is not. ♥ DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR LAST NAME!!!! I'm all for internet safety and yes, I do delete last names, but I'd rather you not even put them in just in case I forget to delete it and it shows up and I forget to do a quick check when I'm done.

♥ If you don't want to use a valid e-mail, don't use one or else write in the comment section for me to delete it.

♥ You don't have to have a website to join, but if you do, put up a code.

♥ To go along with the above rule, if you do NOT have a website, please delete the http:// from the form.
